Someone in another blog said that the reason Obama refused public financing is that he would have had to prove he was a citizen in order to receive it. Any truth to that?
And why do I have to have a complete criminal background check, including getting fingerprints and a drug test to be a server at a Senior Apartment complex (or almost any other place of employment these days) and a person doesn’t have to do this to be the leader of the greatest country on the face of the earth? Anyone know why? Preposterous!

Actually, he has gone by at least five different names: Barack Hussein Obama; Barry Obama; Barry Dunham; Barry Soetoro; Barack Dunham. He appears to change his name in order to fit in or identify with whatever group he is in at the time. His legal name at present is unknown. If the MSM would report on this (I'm sure they have already investigated), it would bring his house of cards down.

If he hasn't legally changed his name, would it invalidate ballots that don't have his official name?
Also, would his Illinois state bar license be invalid too, if no alias is mentioned and he's never legally changed his name?
Obama - by default - admitted to every charge the lawyer made, among them: 1. I was born in Kenya. 2. I am a Kenya "natural born" citizen. 3. My foreign birth was registered in the State of Hawaii. 4. My father, Barrack Hussein Obama, Sr. admitted Paternity of me. 5. My mother gave birth to me in Mombosa, Kenya.
Too late for that, actually - in law he has already admitted that he isn't qualified to be POTUS.If (in the unlikely case that) the law matters any more . . .
Thank you - the more Obama refuses to address this issue - with his rushed trips to Indonesia and to Grandmother in Hawaii - he becomes less and less believable.
We all misplace important records at one time or another in our lives - and they turn up again when we aren’t looking for them (serendipity) - but a registered duplicate is often a phone call or e-mail away.
If one was never issued there are still ways of securing testament to your birth (as in the case of a woman I helped a couple of years ago) She is of Black/Native heritage - born in Oklahoma before hospitals were always available to births in the 30s much less legal paperwork.
She is highly educated and for her first trip necessitating a passport, she ran into all kinds of trials of frustration. Finally we located an interested party working in the Library in the County in which she was born. There are many home births unrecorded from that era so the County gets as many particulars as they can by phone or mail and then researches and provides identification necessary for all future legal paperwork. In those days few people in that social group could even write much less understand the need for legalizing a birth.
She had enough valid information just over three weeks, to provide the Passport people for a trip. His birth certificate or replica has become so important to her as she resisted going to college because they asked for proof of birth then. She is of high intelligence and has made great use of her life without a formal collegiate degree - in spite of the handicap.
If there is an honest search without ‘games being played’ paperwork is always possible.
I am inclined to think Obama has none which would suit his campaign and application for the office of POTUS according to the Constitution of this nation.

How unfortunate for Senator Obama if his blessed Mother should expire one week before the election?
In 2000, Mel Carnahan running for US Senate for Missouri died in a plane crash, incumbent John Ashcroft suspended his campaign, the sympathy was so overwhelming that his widow,and was elected a week later.
I suppose the Hawaii Supreme Court might also not act out of sympathy on the birth certicate issue out of sympathy, just as the Missouri courts dubiously allowed Mel Carnahan votes to go to Senator Jean Carnahan.
It would be so tragic if Grandma Dunham might expire like Marilyn Monroe in 1962 by a prescription enema applied after she was so friendly and close to those nice Kennedy brothers.
I hope there is someone in Honolulu or Washington DC like Daniel Patrick Moynihan the weekend of Nov 22-24, 1963, who warned at the highest decibels that Lee Harvey Oswald needed immediate Federal protection because he knew someone might pierce the Dallas police.

How difficult would it be for Obama to produce a faked original birth certificate? In other words, with all of his campaign money resources, would it be possible to create a faked certificate that would stand up to close scrutiny? They used to do it on “Mission Impossible” all the time.
This is my great fear. They are looking to create a backlash. No one has yet explained a likely and reasonable reason for that birth announcement in the newspaper. It's a set up in my opinion.
Check your history again. Carnahan's votes went to Mel Carnahan. His wife was appointed to the seat in his place. And there was nothing dubious about any court decisions. Missouri election laws are quite clear. No subtitutions of any listed candidate is allowed on the ballot within three weeks of the election. Carnahan died 20 days before hand. His name had to stay on the ballot.
So let’s say Obama does produce a birth certificate. How many of you are going to believe him?

So everyone in the country has to produce real birth certificates to do anything, but not this ONE.
Give me a break! If he does not have to produce a BC to be POTUS then I don’t want anyone ever asking me for mine!
