His hypnotized followers don't care. He could be a zombie from Haiti and they'd follow him over the cliff.

Unfortunately, these zombies are dragging us along with them.

Apparently Barry's name has also changed significantly as he became Americanized.

Damn Jackal.

I thought we learned last night from that Chicago investigator in Hawaii that Obama was conceived by the Radical black activist during a threesome with Obama’s mother Anne. Then, pregnant, she marries Obama, Sr., an African guy wanting US citizenship. Obama is born and named for the African husband. Then the African leaves and Anne marries some guy from Indonesia. But the Black communist who, allegedly, fathers Obama stays in touch. Then, Ayers writes a bokk and now Obama is a US citizen because his biological dad is allegedly a US citizen and one of the most dangerous communists in the US... or something like that...

SOmehow, I don't think a guy like this would make it through the GOP vetting process. Frankly, I like the Roswell, NM theory better!

A non-stop lying communist. Stalin would be proud.

If this scum gets elected, all the freedoms that Americans have fought and died for will go down the crapper. At that point there will be only three options: exodus, suicide, or revolution.

As a counter example, let me briefly tell you the story of my father-in-law, Dick C. Dick was born at home on the family farm near Fresno, California in 1913. He never had a birth certificate or other formal paperwork. He got a driver’s license at 14, registered for the draft for WW2 (didn’t get called as he was older and needed to run the farm), got married and had a daughter (my lovely and talented wife). He never could get a passport. Tried later in life but both his parents were dead. Perhaps he could have gotten his older sibling to vouch for him, but she didn’t have a birth certificate either. My simple point is that not everyone in the US who is a citizen has a birth certificate, and not everyone in the US who has a birth certificate is a citizen. Identity theft is very real and happens more often than it should. Modern recordkeeping is more thorough and the legal requirements are more stringent these days.

That Hussein can’t seem to come up with a certified birth certificate is a real issue, and given Barry Soetoro’s adoption by an Indonesian citizen and his dual citizenship with Kenya from his mother’s babydaddy, I am prepared to believe he’s not technically qualified to hold the office of POTUS.

My father was born in his home (the last of his siblings to be home born) and his mother signed his consent and age verification to join the army. The army information was enough to get a drivers license and other indentification.

When the same scenario came up to me (except I was filing for his Social Security), I had to have a birth certificate. I had always been told he never had one and we would have to file for one to be made with affidavits from family members witnessing birth, etc...

Went to main office and asked to start the process. They said I had to pay for a search first, which I thought was a waste of money, but whatever. Wala, he DID have one. It was signed by the local doctor who examined my grandmother the day after my dad was born.

So why IS it so hard to present one to the court? I’m not talking about factcheck.org, I’m talking about the court that you are being SUED in. For crying out loud, get an attorney to present the dang thing already. Just that he isn’t is speaking volumes.

... the lengthy legal and financial vetting process required by the U.S. government to place my then-92-year-old-mother in a nursing home

No, I don't think so. Non-citizens are often admitted to nursing homes. However, if you want Medicare or Medicaid (ie., the taxpayer) to pay for your mother's nursing care, *then* you have to jump through a lot of government hoops.

No, it has nothing to do with Obama's place of birth, name, or parentage. I just don't like it when people weasel.

Be glad that oldie of yours was being requested from Connecticut. Ask any genealogist: They have very good records in Connecticut for the antiques compared to most states. And their people are good at finding odd spellings, etc.
But really! Any state should have a 1961 birth certificate.

I just wonder how many registered democrats will be livid enough with their party for nominating an unqualified candidate to change parties.

I wonder about how angry the die-hard Hillary supporters will be with the MSM for not uncovering the facts before it was too late?

I wonder at what point the lefties will say... “its a stupid rule anyway!”?

Not one for conspiracy theories myself but you have to admit it should be a pretty easy thing for Obama to dismiss by just showing his birth certificate. And, although not a legal issue, for the life of me I can’t figure out how a man with absolutely no paper trail, no school records made public, no accomplishments to speak of has skated thru the supposed “tough media” without having to produce ANYTHING that shows what he has done for most of his life.

Adoptees have a hell of a time getting their birth certificates too...especially the ORIGINAL ones, and not the AMENDED ones...there have been numerous cases where an adoptee has been refused a passport because there were some discrepancies in the amended birth certificate and the adoption agencies had done so much lying and corruption of the original - not to mention that the state refuses to allow the adoptee access to the OBC to ‘protect the natural mother’ - that it is near impossible for an adoptee to prove they are legitimate citizens.

Failure to provide transcripts of his years at Occidental College, Columbia University, and Harvard Law School.

Most jobs that require a degree will not hire you if you cannot provide your transcripts, let alone even a basic accounting job with the FedGov.

I gotta provide my official paper-copy raised-seal birth certificate just to get a freakin’ passport......yet he doesn’t have to provide one to run for the Presidency?

freakin’ passport......

Hmmm, wonder what he had to provide to get a passport when he made his trip, as an adult, to Kenya and any other places he may have gone overseas. Wouldn't the State Department had a record of that that they can produce.

The photoshopped copy of his BC is grounds enough for "someone" in the government to pursue this.

Wish I had been following this more closely all along.

I was born in Canada and got a baptismal certificate from the diocese rather than a birth certificate as that was the way it was done then. Then we moved to Atlanta Georgia and I almost didn't get in the 1st grade because I did not have the required “birth certificate”. I got my passport with my certificate of naturalization. I expect I'll have trouble with social security someday, assuming it's still there.

The State Department has a record of what Barry, Barack, whatever submitted for his passport. Be interesting to FOIA that.

I predict a switcharoo by implementing the Sandy Berger in reverse play. He’s going to appear from Grandma’s apartment with an “original” long form birth certificate freshly pulled from his socks as it was very professionally manufactured (forged) on flash paper. Then after showing it to the press he’ll go to light a cig and accidentally torch it with the lighter.
