The accused, and vindicated, Duke players now have a slam dunk defamation case against Crystal, the author and the publisher of this book.
The theory has been posited over in our LS discussion group that indeed that may be what Crystal and her handlers want. Perhaps they feel invulnerable to judgment yet think they can peel off some publicity bucks.
