I vote early because I work at a voting precinct on election day 6 am till 8pm. So I have to vote early. My husband will vote early because he leaves for Houston at 6am and gets home about 7 pm, so he will vote early with me this weekend.

I simply do not believe the polls. I’ve never been polled; I don’t know anyone who ever has. I don’t know where or how they get their numbers...and frankly, I don’t care. I wish there was a ban on polling because it is stupid. No one really knows what the outcome will be - it is just wanna-be hacks trying to sound important.
For instance, I hear a poll that Sarah Palin is hurting McCain. Uh, okay...that is why she is drawing crowds of upwards of 30,000.
It is just a scam to scare away and discourage GOP voters (in my humble opinion).

I agree! In 2000 MSM called Florida for Gore before the polls closed in the Panhandle (Central Time), thus causing LOTS of conservatives to hang it up and not vote.
So, instead of calling a state early, they've called the WHOLE ELECTION early.
Besides, just because someone is a registered dhim, does NOT mean they vote for The One.

How do they know how early voting is going? They’re already counting it?
And...maybe all the dems are voting early. I want to vote on voting day. Besides I’m not sure Mi has early voting. Haven’t seen any of it in my small community
