There’s a viable, if small, chance that it could sway Supreme Court judges. Obama supporters need not be swayed if their candidate is outright disqualified.

1600 Norwegian time is 10 AM EST. It is now 10:10 where I am which means it is past the hour of the release in Norway. They need to put up or shut up.

OK fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I did go back and forth wondering if the smoking gun had met the ballistics test. Now I feel like the gun I once hoped to be still smoking was a blank gun without the blanks.
Admittedly I had posted a thread asking if this could be so. I really wondered if it were the proverbial black swan. Now I feel snookered by thankfully with all the money still in my pockets. (Well at least until Obama comes along and takes it or congress gives more of it away in yet another bail out).

Last I saw was Berg saying no tapes, no work. So I’m not sure what’s going on.
