This guy has always been an Affirmative Action Arsehole, with correctly punched tickets. When he finally reached his lofty pinnacle, his planning capability was revealed as embarassingly laughable. So silly were his 'strategerizings,' that they undoubtedly delayed Gulf War I until the adults could come up with an actual plan.
And he was among the leaders in the chicken-shiite coterie that begged George Bush I to quit the war too early. His wife is an angry liberal nut case along the lines of Michelle Obama.
