That would be productive and in the long run leave gubmint with less control.
Even more so, such production should be done immediately. There is a strong possibility of record breaking cold weather for at least the next decade. I’ve recommended to some friends up North that they invest in a “warm room” in their home— an interior room covered in insulation so they will at least have a warm place to sleep, even if the rest of their home is freezing and home heating oil is either scarce or prohibitively expensive.
This type of "government" control is DANGEROUS.
