IMO Your state’s AG should be able to handle it. COntact them and the FBI. Let both know you have contacted the other are willing to press charges and ask for immediate action

Might sound similar to the expletives from my mouth when Planned Parenthood called me this week about the Calif. ballot issue about parental notification.

Think about this for a minute. The people at Chase want to support the Obama campaign but they are only allowed to donate whatever the max contribution is. They charge a customers account $2300.00. When challenged, they remove the charge from the customers account, but leave the money in Obamas pocket. The customer may indeed be credited by Chase, but who is making sure that Chase isn’t just using this as a ploy to exceed their maximum allowable political contribution?
That's a VERY interesting scenario...if they're not YET doing that, they WILL.

I didn’t think about calling the FBI. They spent aprox. $1200 on various items and gave $50 to Obama. Bank of America dropped all the charges and said they will investigate.

Obama has spent his entire career surrounded by con men, slumlords, radicals, marxists, and domestic terrorists.
Now his campaign has actively sought out felons to work for him, and to vote illegally for him.
This is the change we can believe in?
