Somebody needs to explain to Rush/others what Capital Gains Taxes are.
They are actually Long-Term Capital Gains Taxes. Long-term capital gains are taxed at a favorable rate below normal income tax rates.
One can take the favorable long-term capital gains tax on profits from the SALE of investments if the investment was help for year.
