A legal challenge technically can't be made until Obama formally applies to have his name placed on the ballot in the various states, which doesn't happen until after the convention when he becomes the official nominee of the party.

WHAT IS THE “OBAMASSIAH” TRYING TO HIDE? We aren’t allowed to see his birth certificate, his medical records, his college records - nothing.

Bill Clinton set a precedent for future Presidents being able to withhold vital records that the American voting public - by rights - should be able to see and insure that the Constitution is being followed and that the Presidential candidate is fit for office. This is the highest office in the land, and any serious Presidential candidate has, as far as I know, been happy to be an open book.

What happened to the web site America has a right to know who Obama really is! Back in July 2008 this web site was online for about 4 days and the owner of the site was scared off by threats about his asking questions. Sadly it vanished. Here is a screen shot of that site.
