...one name, Monica Ray, registered 20 times.

That's OK because she registered 10 times as a Republican and 10 times as a Democrat.

Give the Democrats a break, they spent eighty years preventing blacks and others from being allowed to vote; to make up for that sin they have decided to create fictional voters and cast ballots for them. For every eligible voter who was denied a vote in the past they believe in creating one make believe voter today, the fact that the fraud always works to the benefit of the Democratic Party should be ignored since they are just trying to be fair.

Is it not possible to file a lawsuit that ACORN has deprived Americans of their civil rights? Isn’t this how the anti-defamation league goes after groups? Any lawyers out there?

Of course it’s possible to sue. But an investigation of this size and scope cannot be run and completed before Nov 4th. It will become a POLITICAL football, and the FBI (or whatever body) will be walking on eggshells for fear of offending the next President, or losing funding by the Majority Party.

“Obama’s first action in the Senate was to decline to be the Senate co-sponsor of a move to question Ohio’s Electoral College votes following the 2004 presidential election. He then voted against the resolution.”
