Isn’t UIC where the lesbians run about with Yasser Arafat head scarves on their ugly heads?

...but I don’t understand why he is held in Chicago as
such a “great man” , including recipient of Chicago’s Citizen of
the Year award in 1997 for securing the $50 million Annenberg Challenge
money that Obama chaired.

I think it may have something to do with part of the Chicago scene
being modestly infatuated with their local “bad boys”, be they the
union activists, anarchists or radicals of the late 1800s or the
gangsters and Capone in the 1930s.
Chicago is a great city, but there is a clear “lean to the left” inclination e.g.,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haymarket_affair

Also, it sounds like Ayers dad is a connected “mover and shaker” so
that probably didn’t hurt his cause.

Finally, if Ayers actually secured that $50,000,000 of “other
peoples money” and tossed it around with Obama as the public face
of the deal...that surely bought Ayers about $50,000,000 of good will!!!

Is this why the liberals and commies hate the Patriot Act? If the Patriot Act was in use during the 60’s would Ayers and others of his ilk be in jail or dead now. We’ve always thought they were protecting the Islamic extremist maybe they are just covering for the homegrown ones.

Anyone know the name of the Ayers’ book that Obama wrote the forward to? I’m interested in seeing when it was first published.

What book? And what did Obama write in the forward? Link please.

Wouldn't shock me.
The liberals are always about "fairness" and always think
terrorists (of all stripes except those with even questionable
"Christian Identity") are "the little guy" that's being oppressed
by "The Man".

For instance, they hate the IDF, but cheer Palestinian suicide
bombers. Even when they take out innocent children and pregnant mothers.

Noted investigative reporter Jack Cashill has been on the Ayers-as-Hussein’s-ghostwriter angle; I read Cashill’s take on it about a week or two ago...

I’d really love to see the same thing happen to Ayers and Dorhn as happened, ultimately, to Ward Churchill—drummed out of the academy in shame and humiliation and scorn and ridicule and derision and chastisement and acrimony and shunning and exposed as the horrible frauds and vermin that they are.

THE root of our problems rest in the radicalization of our universities.

I rented and watched the documentary back in mid-2006, not long before Hussein began his run for the Presidency—because I’m one of those people that loves documentaries about stuff like this (I have a law enforcement/military/security background).

Ayers and Dorhn actually cheered on the Manson Family’s grisly Tate/LaBianca murders, wherein the pregnant Sharon Tate was stabbed numerous times in the stomach. Fits right in with Hussein’s “no fetus left alive” agenda...

Brian Flanagan went to a parochial Catholic grammar school in Manhattan. He was an extremely intelligent and funny guy who sang in the choir. I’m told he now owns a bar in New York. I wonder if he’d call the “Pigs” to help him out if his bar were to be held up at gunpoint.

As a curious side-note, if you go to William Ayers’ main website

http://billayers.org/

you will notice a very prominent name in the middle of the page: ABU-ZAYD. For those of you who are not familiar with Islamic culture, the name means “FATHER OF ZAYD” and it is Ayers OTHER name. As you may have noticed above, Ayers has two children which he raised as Muslims (Malik and Zayd), a fact that he openly exalts by applying to himself an honorary Muslim name.

Sorry ya’ll. Concerning Obama writing a forward for Ayers’ book. It wasn’t a forward. It was a review of Ayers’ book that was included on the cover. 1997. Rush mentioned it a few minutes ago. A forward would be more damning but a review in 1997 is still pretty bad.

So what was in the review?

Ayers is an incompetent Timothy McVeigh. Hard to believe we might elect one of his associates, intern if you prefer, as President..
