I would be VERY VERY careful about this...this is not an explosive video, imho. At most, it says he recognized it in 2007, the consequences, too, but did nothing to LEAD his own party to fix the mess a year ago...
At most - I would say you could go after him and say he knew about it, but did nothing in Congress to stop it or prevent it from being so bad.
Kinda like knowing Katrina is coming, but not acting like a leader and getting folks out through mandatory evacuations in time. Whether Bush was to blame or not, he pretty much got the bulk of the blame when thousands died.
