US eases visa rules for HIV-positive visitors

Since the first "Lancet" article in the late 70's /early 80's the homosexual lobby in this country has perpetrated the largest fraud ever committed against the American taxpayer (only to be recently eclipsed by Hanky Panky Paulson.)
