You are correct. All the purse strings are in the House. The Senate basically Ok’s it or offers up changes, but it starts with the house. Thats what pisses me off about all this, its a DEMOCRAT controlled congress, we can EASILY lay out at the feet of the world, the bills that caused this, and the AUTHORS of those bills, and who voted for them.

Its DEMOCRATS folks. And the MSM Ignores it. That is something we should be SCREAMING about!
