Arabs used to vote Republican, you know. Yup, I suspect this shift happened somewhere around ... 9/11/2001...
A shame. The bulk of the Arab-Americans used to be Christians, and assimilated well. For the past ~10 years the trend has shifted towards a higher predominance of islamics ... and unfortunately - no matter how good the individuals might be - this 'religion' doesn't mix. The author of their book, satan, just does not like people, and thrives on hatred and blood...

Arab-American voters showing Barack Obama holds a 21-point lead over John McCain I see I have been giving Arab-Americans far more credit for having the ability to think than they deserved.
I had always believed that Arab-Americans could tell when Obama, or anyone for that matter, was pissing on their pant leg whilst telling them it was raining. They will have to learn to accept the realities of political gestures the hard way. That should not take more than one generation.

It is a waste of time, effort and money to poll the African-Americans or Arab-Americans as they are a given. We may expect to see them go for Obama at close to 95%.
If I was a Republican running for office I would not designate any monies toward those two groups.
Recall the Virginian Muslims bragged after the 06 election that they put Kaine into the Governor's mansion with a 50,000 block vote. He won with just a fraction of that.
