McCain adviser Steve Beigun said the two discussed foreign policy issues, including Russia, Iran and China.

The word that comes to mind is "radiant." It comes from being a good, self assured and truly ethical person. Most people in Washington or in the MSM know nothing about this.
Whoever came up with the expression, "to know her is to love her" meant it for people like her.
