Just so you can get your question answered, and so you can cram one more bit of information into your brain that has utterly no good use, Clay Aiken was the SECOND PLACE person on the second season of “American Idol”. The guy who won it, “Rooooooooben” Studdard, has also had no career....but at least he won.
They gave Aiken a contract because, despite his other faults, he CAN sing rather well.
Now you know, and you also now have my permission to forget it.

If you ever heard him sing Solitaire by Neil Sedaka you would. He owns that song Aiken, Solitare, Sedaka. That's like the useless cultural reference trifecta.
How is he on Paul Anka's "Havin' My Baby"?

I can joyfully live the rest of my life not hearing a Neil Sedaka song ever again, especially as warbled by a media-fabricated nobody, over produced by that waste of airtime, “American Idol”.
But, maybe that’s just me.

WHO CARES?? If Clay is gay... good for him Anyone concerned about the well-being of children. Most homosexuals have major psychological issues. He brought a child into the world without a mother.
