I’d like to see more suits filed in different states. Hate to see this fail due to one judge. Other states might provide more proactive and friendly venues. There were some things in Berg’s initial filing that I believe need modification (according to others smarter than I.) But it would be great for Berg to share his insights with others on this.

So you saying file in state courts. This suit was filed in Federal court. You want to challenge with every state?

Welcome Jmerzio, I see you joined 9/18/2008. As you are so new, you may not know that many here are quite concerned that the Constitutional laws are followed. A birth certificate should be easy to provide. McCain didn't hide his. Daily Kos which no doubt you are familiar with and factcheck.org a group run by and funded by the Annenberg Foundation which also funded Wm. Ayers and Obama in the Annenberg Challenge are not well trusted by non liberals. The entire staff according to bios are liberals and liberal trained. The Constitution set out that America's President should be an American. In light of all the terror in the world that seems a rule best adhered to, would you not agree? We just want to see that the birth certificate is genuine and not do a “trust me” with groups so liberal they could be part of the DNC.

I just noticed something, perhaps minor, but strange. Baby Obama is listed as Barack Hussein Obama II, but his father’s name is listed as Barack Hussein Obama. This is not a customary configuration.

Little Barry would normally have been a Junior. And I am not sure of the practice then, but wouldn’t the father have been called Senior (Sr.), as he later used. I think the paperwork is signed right there in the hospital for the father to become Sr.
