The big question is, where is the money coming from?

And I have the answer. 145 million Americans are employed in America. 40% of them don't pay federal income tax. That leaves about 75 million who do. The math works out like this. For every American pulling the cart I am pleased to announce that this little touch of overt socialism will only coat you 28,00 bucks a piece.

You can mail your checks to Secretary Paulson.
