Mr. Sinclair has never made such a claim. Mr. Sinclair has claimed that he (Sinclair) performed oral sex on Obama (the opposite of what you posted).

Could you elaborate on what you mean by this inner circle?
Mr. Sinclair stated that he met Mr. Obama one night and again the next day when Mr. Obama showed up at Mr. Sinclair’s hotel room. Those were the only times the two had contact. I’m not sure that qualifies Sinclair as being part of his (Obama’s) inner circle.
After some discussions back in those days, I'd need to sit outside, smoke a few cigarettes and wonder what kind of joke nature, or creation, was playing on us all to have the infinitely stupid capable of breeding and actually having a voice in governing the sane segments of society.

Mr. Sinclair has never said that he knew Mr. Ayers. And judging from Mr. Sinclair’s blog, I will venture to say they were never buddies.
