He bragged about raising $66 mill in August, but neglected to say that he spent $54 mill in August, leaving him with just $12 mill.

The DNC handlers for Obama thought they could have a filibuster proof majority with the 50 state strategy.

They NEVER CONCEIVED a sleeping conservative public would awaken.

They are now jumping into overdrive to “register new voters”

I did not know that about N.J. and Maryland.....

If I lived there...I wouldn't like that at all.

Obama did very well in Georgia, at least in the primary. He also kicked butt in South Carolina and Mississippi, and claimed that he could be competitive in those states.

Biden just campaigned in Montana this week.

You don’t understand. Obama is the messiah. His appeal is universal. Red state or blue states, it doesn’t matter. Everyone believes in the One, don’t they. Either this or the miscounting of states is the reasonable explanation. No other candidate in modern electoral history had committed this grave error. As far as Indiana, having a good ground game can only make up so much of the disparity. It is true that Indiana voted in a couple of dims to congress the last election, from traditionally red districts, however, you can’t confuse the last election cycle as typical. The republicans were tossed, the dims didn’t win. Rather, they were the only alternative. Now the tables have turned. 4 buck oil is the key to understanding why the country was primed to go republican. The Palin pick, from an energy policy standpoint, was a masterful one. What the dims don’t want to acknowledge is that in the political circles, Palin is by far the leading expert in energy policy. There is no other politician that even comes close to her in knowledge on this topic.

With the new laws in New Jersey and Maryland which commit their electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote national wide, for all practical purposes their votes are now McCain votes. The polling in those states is meaningless.

__

That law doesn’t go into effect yet, even though those states signed on to it. It’s a horrible idea, the rats are trying slowly to eliminate the EC so we will have elections settled by NY, Detroit and Philly, etc.

Agreed. Not to mention almost surely unconstitutional, without approval from the Regress. Article I, Section 10, Paragraph 3.

The other day a Wash-Post employee was on Dobbs' radio show. Though thoroughly pro-Obama IMO he did make a point critical of the Obama campaign staff vis-a-vis McCain's staff.

The bulk of if not the entire experience of Obama's staff is local elections, little different from Democrat primary elections, said the Wa-Po employee.

McCain's staff of course has plenty of experience in national elections.
