Will do! Sometimes I ridicule them. It depends on the situation. In some instances I try to reason with them (much to the frustration of those around me). If I stay calm and reasonable, then there is a better chance of getting the point through, and possibly changing their minds. They might not change right there, but if they are honest and think about what we discussed, there is a chance. If I start out with ridicule, then there is no chance.
