Krauthammer absolutely nails Gibson as the uninformed arrogant jack-arse that he is. Picked this up on Drudge.

On the money.
Yes, that was the Bush Doctrine as defined in that SCOTUS address that was so much criticized by Peggy Noonan and others as naive—thinking you could bring freedom to other people.
Well, it ain’t easy to bring freedom to folks who don’t want it. But what else do we have to offer as a counterweight to the Muslim doctrine of Submission. What, but freedom. It is, after all, rather a contagious idea.

I watched some of this....Gibson was so condescending and rude....

Gibson was on strict orders from the Grinch.
He played the part well, trying to take Christmas away from one and all...

I worked in Manhattan for 7 years. I saw people come from all backgrounds and size towns (like me). Within a few years, they forgot where they came from and adopted this affected attitude of superiority and "culture".
The NY media all have that explaining why they are so out of touch with "fly over" America.
Thank God I left that place! (as much as I enjoyed the 7 year experience too!!)

Oh, Gibson wasn’t uninformed. He knew exactly what he was doing. Throw a vague question, and use the answer to smear the answerer. Typical media crap, and why over 50% of the American People think the media is trying to hurt Palin.

Palin 1. Gibson 0.
And this is the supposed gotcha that had we Freepers in a near panic yesterday. But in the end it turns out that our gal was right and "Charlie"/MSM was wrong. So life is good again.
To: raygunfan
Yep, Dr. Krauthammer has really come around on Gov. Palin. Of course to my mind that was only Gibon’s second worst gaff in the interview. What a moron Gibson apparently is.

Can you please correct the gaffe in the title of the thread? It is, for some reason, driving me crazy!

Gibson was waiting like a snake for a “gotcha” moment with Palin and expected her to be a dumb redneck who could easily be caught by his twisted questions. Palin was straight forward, honest and totally not rattled by Gibson’s BS.

GO KRAUT BABY!
Gibson is the big loser in this whole ordeal. His moose is cooked! No more hiding behind some fraudulent facade of “I'm one of the old school honest journalists”.
