I watched it. The thing about the show that caught me was that I saw two beautiful young women, Sherry & Elizabeth genuinely interested. You could tell from the fresh innocent looks on their faces.
But the other three, Joy, Barbara and Whoopi, their faces were all twisted up and the hate in their eyes. Wow! Like three vampires looking a cross.

These people just can’t get over it. Maybe we should ask “Do you want to be British subjects again?” How far back do they want to go? They’ll do anything to keep the slavery idea alive. If that’s what they really want, let them go back to it.

There’s no such thing as “Whoopi Goldberg.
It’s a character. A ridiculous one at that.
There is however, an actress named Caryn Elaine Johnson, who plays something called “Whoopi Goldberg”, but that’s just a typical Hollywood affectation. No one there is who they pretend to be.
While she can be funny at times, why would anyone take her seriously on real political issues, when the best she could do in life was build a career based on naming herself after a crude kid’s prank toy (the whoopie cushion)? She has no significant education, or real-world experience in anything other than character acting.
Everything that comes out of her mouth sounds like the emmisions of her namesake.
McCain should not lower himself to appear on shows such as this. There’s no reason he should be debating such things with the likes of Whoopi Goldberg. It makes her seem like someone whose beliefs are valid, and when she yells at him in her forum, it brings him down to her level, which is low indeed.
He should have said “No. As the Constitution was written it could and has been changed to outlaw slavery or don’t you even read the Constitution?”
Why does our presidential nominee feel compelled to be grilled by a foulmouthed and not very funny comedienne? Precisely what are Whoopi Goldberg’s qualifications that she should be interrogating anyone, about anything?
Everyone is a slave to something: either you will be a slave to sin or to righteousness. Apparently, Ms Goldberg doesn’t understand that.

There was nothing to be gained by an appearance on this pig pen of a show.
There is no way McCain could influence the crazy people on this show and the brain dead people who tune in to it.
Also - the campaign should not have let ABC set Sarah up last night as they did.
Recently it seemed that they were doing a good job with the media bit I believe they have dropped the ball on these two appearances.

Bad idea to go on this stupid show. Only bad decision from the campaign in the last month, however.
