You know, the election outcome is so uncertain at this point that either John McCain or Barack HUSSEIN Obama could win the majority of electoral votes. The graphics above suggest that grassroots conservatives overwhelmingly support John McCain for president at levels that may eclipse conservative enthusiasm in the 2004 presidential election. It is a war worth fighting for our dignity and hope.

Why in the world are Texas and Arizona both ‘light pink’ for McCain, they should be strong for McCain. In Texas, I think McCain has between a 10 and 20 point lead depending on the poll (and that was before the Palin bounce, I believe it is something like 26 point lead average now).

The problem is in states like that the polls are slow to catch up. Pollsters don’t do a lot of polling in states that are so reliable as Texas.

Arizona is “pink?” That’s almost funny.

I can see Colorado, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey turning IF Democrats continue to be disgusted with Obama and just don’t turn out.

It looks like Obama is going to have to defend in Washington, Michigan and perhaps Wisconsin. Perhaps that will take some assets away from Virginia and Ohio.

Another Freeper who works in polling/demographics in Colorado said yesterday there’s “no way” Obama wins Colorado. I hope he is right (I don’t remember where I saw it).

It seems strange to think the Democrats were talking about Obama being competitive in Mississippi and North Carolina!

I’d say Iowa goes to Obama this year, but it is possible for McCain to win in an electoral landslide unless the Media makes it closer or McCain screws up.

They are simply looking at demographics and assuming that African Americans will support Obama. They don't think about the whole 'content of character' thing.

Very interesting and also insulting.

I’m sick of their elitism. I’m 40 points higher than the average in my state and most of the smart people I know are Republicans.

Most of the states in blue have a high number of academic institutions. Intelligence sans common sense.

The real stupid thing about that pre-Civil war Free vs. Slave states....Those red slave states were the democrat party states. Only started changing after Reagan and the Christian vote left the dems and moved to the Republicans.

Every southern dem voted against civil rights, everything that party did including welfare was designed to enslave the black vote and destroy their families. That is why I keep saying the older democrat is not going to vote black. Show me how many black dem governors and senators there have been?

“Note that Colorado is still on the wrong side.”

Colorado is way too close to call. A lot of Obama’s people think they win the election if they win in Colorado. It’s a tossup at this point.

I also find it interesting the Left would believe most of our Founding Fathers were idiots.

As a lifelong NJ resident, I can assure you that NJ will go to Obama. Hell would have to freeze over (or Reagan would have to rise from the dead and run again) for NJ voters to do something reasonable.

Do you have any idea how corrupt NJ politics are? Do you have any idea what a stranglehold the dhimmicrats have on it? Do the names Torricelli or Lautenburg ring any bells?

One of the last polls I saw there had Obama leading McCain among Democrat voters 51-41, that’s Democrats.

Independent voters where statistically tied.

Republicans where something like 57-31 McCain.

Now, I know that a majority in Democrats, so the first poll really will drive the election, but if enough Dem women are sick of the games Obama is playing, and with it being that close among Dems, I can see it falling.. But that’s just my opinion..
