There have been Federal laws on the books for years with penalties for hiring illegal intruders.
I just wish BOTH state and Federal officials would step up to the plate and prosecute them all—employers and employees.
what would you and i get? a quick pass to jail and penalties of up to 5 years and 50K (i believe). this is a felony.
but they will not charge illegals with this.”
Illegals got caught in a number of McDonald’s in Reno, all owned by the same franchisee. He denied lots of stuff, and one of his managers took the heat, but he got a million dollar fine, and 63 illegals got picked up. I think they got deported, but don’t know for sure.
amen
i’ll bet the illegals weren’t prosecuted for id fraud.
down here dmx is being prosecuted for id fraud for giving a fake name and fake SS# to get out of paying a hospital bill.
i’m sure that there are “illegally documented “ or the “undocumented” residents of other countries that do this all the time and aren’t prosecuted.
this kind of stuff violates the equal protection clause.
laws that apply only to citizens and legal residents, but can be broken by other groups that are not here legally and they get a pass. (if they can even find them)
if i were dmx’s lawyer, i would look into that.
i am for all criminals being punished, legal and illegal.
