Congressional Quarterly develops estimates based on stated positions. Obviously the pres doesn’t vote so it made Obama sound stupid even though there is a (semi) objective way to answer this.

There was a thread on here a couple of days ago that showed Obambi voted with Harry Reid 92% of the time.

I'd like to see us point that out more. Dingy Harry's approval numbers are lower than Bush's.
