Not really. Code Pinko got an angry ugly inside that tried to storm the stage.

I think Pat Buchanan’s speech 8 or 12 years ago was FANTASTIC! Palin’s was close to that.
Palin’s drivin’ the local liberals up here in Maine crazy!!!

Oh, come on.
OK, I have a different theory. Republican handlers warned her ahead of time that they were going to screw with the teleprompter and when they would do it. So she memorized that part of the speech so that everybody could marvel over how cool and calm she was was under pressure.
Given that these are politicians we’re talking about, one is just as likely as the other.
Personally, I think the teleprompter just screwed up.

I didnt hear about the teleprompter, but I do recall being very impressed at how well she spoke using notes. She didnt falter at all.,For forty minutes!!!! WOWZA. WOW. WOW.. WOW. Even her and John McCain's opponent has to be saying, "DAMN!" :-D

That's why I'm not going to watch. I don't need to be reminded of what I don't like about him. I'll just watch Kitchen Nightmares and call it a night. If McCain has some epiphany, I'll hear about it soon enough. Just listening to Hannity going on about how the GOP has returned to its conservative roots. He's about 4 years premature on that. A rough 4 years is ahead for conservatives.

I think it's possible for the 'rats to have learned what teleprompter would be used, and either bugged it or tested the model until they found a frequency that could interfere with it's normal operation.I wouldn't put it past them to try it, but it sure didn't do them any good.

Gov Palin as a novice speaking to so many people hardly missed a
beat when that happened and gave the best speech I have heard
at a Convention.
I'm no expert on "the spoken word" (speeches).
While Palin was delivering a "validation" (show she's qualified) and
repsonse (to Obama/Biden/MSM) and rallying speech...
At least in intensity of presentation, my naive feeling is it's
pretty much in the league of some speeches by Churchill,
The St. Crispian's Day speech (from Shakespeare) and JFK's
inaugural address.
Palin rocked the house, rocked the base and made history.
Screenwriters couldn't pen as good a speech or performance for
a fictional lady politician/leader.

Not a bit, I surmised exactly the same thing, although didn’t start a thread on it, hm. I’m a bit more cynical than paranoid afaik.

Probably. But notice SOMEHOW a Code Pinko big Obama donor managed to make it into the hall and nearly onto the stage before being nabbed by the Secret Service. I don’t think there’s anything they wouldn’t try.....

Any evidence she fooled with the teleprompter while attempting to storm the stage?
To: gracesdad
Unfortunately no. But she and the others got their passes from a disenchanted Republican. And Gov Palin stated that the teleprompter operator simply didn't stop the prompter to wait for applause. Wonder if he was a Dem. LOL
Btw, can you think of a time, EVER, when a Conservative or Republican tried to disrupt a DNC Convention? The libs are one step away from being wild animals. Manners, honor, respect.......they mean nothing to them.

You know what, in that pic that was posted of the code pink hag, she had a huge bag. Wonder if the SS checked it. She tried to storm the stage so what was she intending?
