Don’t call them “Home Made Bombs”, call them IED’s and use appropriate response.

Now prosecute each and every one of those arrested to the full and proper extent of the law. 6 months or a year in jail and a felony conviction on their records will cool the enthusiasm of most for rioting in the streets.

Just saw this short segment from Fox showing interviews with RNC protesters.
They are clueless.

Click to see video

Funny how clueless they are.

Rage Against the Machine

I always thought they were the most spectacularly misnamed band out there, because their lyrics are the very doctrines of the Machine: the Communist one run by Stalin, Mao, Castro, and the other Big Brothers.

Sorry. No transcript.

Fox goes around with pics of prominent politicians including Dick Cheney and asked the libtards if they knew any of them.

Duh-h-h-h-h-h.... guess what?
Clueless.

Police wielding pepper spray arrested at least 283 people, of which 129 were felonies, 51 gross misdemeanors and 103 misdemeanor arrests.

Good. If convicted, the 129 felons won't be able to vote for Obama. Bet they never considered that.

The lamestream media hardly ever reports on the actions of those who hate Conservatives.

No, arrest them and imprison them in Guantanamo without trial as terrorists and enemy combatants, which is what they are.

These people aren't “protesters”. They're not protesting anything.

They're hardcore anarchists who are only interested in causing as much mayhem and chaos as possible. They have no political views. Their only desire is to destroy everything in sight.

The government needs to lower the boom on these dangerous thugs. Twenty years in federal prison for rioting would be a start.

Senator,

In looking over my copy of U.S. Code CHAPTER 113B—TERRORISM, I find that the penalties could be just a bit more that a few months in the pokey. What we need is someone who will actually charge these individuals and then prosecute them.

(1) Penalties.— Whoever violates this section shall be punished—
(A) for a killing, or if death results to any person from any other conduct prohibited by this section, by death, or by imprisonment for any term of years or for life;
(B) for kidnapping, by imprisonment for any term of years or for life;
(C) for maiming, by imprisonment for not more than 35 years;
(D) for assault with a dangerous weapon or assault resulting in serious bodily injury, by imprisonment for not more than 30 years;
(E) for destroying or damaging any structure, conveyance, or other real or personal property, by imprisonment for not more than 25 years;
(F) for attempting or conspiring to commit an offense, for any term of years up to the maximum punishment that would have applied had the offense been completed; and
(G) for threatening to commit an offense under this section, by imprisonment for not more than 10 years.

Good post, thanks.

Any idea how many of these "anarchists" are NOT US citizens?

I just have the feeling there are a lot of Commie Europeans in their ranks.

If it is like the WTO/G8 meetings they riot at, there are a number of foreigners who come here to riot. They should be denied travel visas into America. There are BANDS that still cannot tour the US because of 30 year old pot charges. There is no reason to let violent anarchists come in here.

Who funds these protesters? Follow the money - George Soros for one. Water-board these terrorists and make them tell who hired them.
