I don’t know - with the interface between State Guard, Northcom and Title 10, there’s every possibility that she would need TS/SCI on a case-by-case basis, and a further possibility, with the increased involvement of the Guard in ISR and Info Assurance missions, that she’d need DCIDS 1-14 access.

Orval Faubus, one of Clinton's predecessors as Arkansas governor, certainly could not have gotten a clearance. He had been president of the student body at Commonwealth College in Mena, which was listed as a subversive organization on the Attorney General's List back in his day. All persons holding any DOD clearance had to certify periodically that they were not and never had been a member of any organization on the AG's List. I think that requirement eventually got trashed by the Supreme Court and the ACLU, though.
I can’t even laugh at this anymore....no medical records....no academic records....no accomplishments....no testimonials of effectiveness.....and 2 ...yes 2 forged Birth Certificates.
This leads to questions of origin and eligibility which have been referenced in a Lawsuit against Barack Obama, Barry Soetoro, etc. It warrants a tiny bit of exposure and then the dominoes fall and even if eligible, more questions are raised than this stuttering idiot can answer.

Is the vetting of Obama a serious issue or not?
It seemed to be of the utmost importance but since that crazy thought arose I have seen this issued ignored by all.
Despite what is clearly a propaganda campaign to get BHO elected we have pretty much sat on our hands this election cycle because of lukewarm feelings for McCain.
It has been at our peril since their is now 60 days left to do a job that everyone assumed was finished long ago.
I blame myself as much if not moren than anyone else and simply speak out as a matter of mere frustration.
While conducting email and writing campaigns I have honestly been stapling/posting all the lovvely graphics that you fine Americans produce.
From Stop Hillary to NOBAMA to Obama bin Biden, I have gone through reams of paper and taken an incalculable amount of time only to have it still be ignored.
I feel half crazy at this point since even the people who air every bit of dirty laundry have been completely mums as well: Rush, Sean, Levin, Ingraham, Fox News, even the damn Enquirer.
Since I consider myself a fairly nanalytical person, I have not seen the evidence to prove that the above claims have been settled!!!!

I haven’t gotten a reply from any of the partes I thought would care about electing an American including the Landmark Legal Foundation and Stop The ACLU.

In the end, the American voters will “vet” Palin versus Biden. I’ll just betcha Palin gets picked.

Again, the clearance level and access would depend on need to know and compartmentalization of data/projects.
No transparency must mean something to hide.
And the American voters will vet Obama right back to the south side of Chicago.
I just happen to be looking for answers to questions no one in the mainstream media is asking.
McCain and his team's ability to complete the task is not the question.
My question again is, is the mainstream media missing the fact that she may be even more of a known commodity if in fact she had a SC in addition to vetting, especially if overlap in the processes.
I have faith in her, It is the mainstream media who would be hoisted by their our petards if they overlooked what I am discussing.
There was a lot of talk that ex-POTUS Clinton would not have been able to get a security clearance, but he was CiC to the United States Armed Forces.
I doubt a governor needs a security clearance, either.
THe vetting becomes voting which is the ultimate test.
The Constitution has very few requirements of POTUS/VPOTUS. Natural born citizen, minimum 35 years of age, both can’t be from same state.
The Vetting of the candidate is for MCCAIN’s purposes it is not required for the job of VP.
The entire “story” of Vetting is a misleading smear job.
When? There are only 60 days left.
McCain is way behind now and it’s not going to get better tomorrow just because Palin speaks.

Governor Plain already has a security clearance, which is necessary for her to receive routine briefings from the Patriot anti-aircraft units stationed in Alaska (just in case the Rooskis ever try anything stupid), as well as commanding the Alaska National Guard. As for vetting, every potential candidate for the Vice President is vetted.
In April 2005 Portland, Oregon withdrew from the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, because their city political leaders could not get a security clearance. Because of her involvement with state law enforcement, I think that would be one source (F.B.I. and Homeland Security) which already vetted her.
i would hope that association with an unrepentant domestic terrorist would be on the “hold on a minute” list

Beyond the fact he is unrepentant terrorist is the fact he has openly claimed he wants to overthrow the government. I think it would raise more than small flags in a background investigation.
