Translation - if it works like we say it will we can claim it was because of us and if it doesn’t work like we want then we can say we knew it was a risk all along - high risk = cover for blame.
How about this - how about you go back to Science 101 and develop a hypothesis for which your solution generates predictable results and then test a control. Shot in the dark science is called experimentation and, in the extreme, quackery.
Things are worse than realized. For the last three weeks, or so, Anthropogenic Climate Change has made it nearly impossible for me to connect to British sites. /s
Whether from links here; or from Drudge; or from Google, it takes multiple attempts before Brit sites will open for me. (XP Service Pack 3; IE-7) Not just news sites, but any Brit site, including Amazon.UK. Started around the Olympics.
Never used to have trouble; no recent changes to system, etc. System gets regular psychic enemas, etc.
