Couple points.

There are flaws in all these arguments. There is McCain’s own brush with corruption as a member of the Keating Five, as the country was wracked by the savings and loan scandal.

McCain has spent nearly the last 20 years atoning for the scandal. He can now point to it as having learned his lesson and convincing him of the need to be a real reformer. Unlike Obama and Biden.

And Barack Obama has withstood the pressure of 19 months in the limelight as he secured the Democratic nomination, and proved he can handle the pressure--Sarah Palin has not.

Pardon my language, but Obama got his a** kicked by Hillary in the last debate(s). Which is why he freaked out and stopped agreeing to have them. The ONLY reason why he got the Dem nom is because of his "Rock Star" qualities ... not anything having to do with being able to withstand real pressure.

Trippi has it just about right. Only thing missing is a counter-strategy for the Bambis to use to get their mojo back. They will still be looking for that on November 5th.

They lost their "mojo" weeks ago, and they'll never see it again. They are off-balance, off-message, and on defense. McCain isn't gonna let them get back on-balance, on-message, or on offense. The SS "Audacity of Hype" is never gonna reach port....

Please. Obambi has been treated with kid gloves. If he got even half the scrutiny he deserved he would implode. I can’t wait for him to be put on the spot without a teleprommpter.
