Ah, a good parent who loves her child enough to show her the right way.

Does anyone have a link to the actual myspace page? Or has it been taken down?

Kids have always passed notes to their friends complaining about their parents. Kids will always do so. And most kids will wake up somewhere around 25 years old and spend the rest of their lives apologizing for being a jerk and working on making up for it.
I wasn't that bad of a kid and I did really well in school, but I tangled with my parents over rules a lot. I wish I would have figured out earlier that I probably hit the jackpot in the parent lottery, a fact which I have been lucky enough to tell my parents many times since then.

So great. Parents have to be as vigilant with their children on the internet. Luckly enough, I still have a backdoor into my brothers myspace if he actually does something really bad. (Parents wouldn’t have a clue how to)

This is a direct result of a Society that takes away parental rights. They will usher your child into an abortion clinic, under an assumed name (to protect her-of course), that will not allow you, the parent, to make life or death decisions, let alone educational, or social decisions.
A society that allows, even encourages, children to be taught about and by some of the most perverse creatures ever to walk the earth, and teach them that’s it’s “normal” and if they feel otherwise, they have a mental problem, and then outcast them from the school hierarchy of coolness.
A society that doesn’t want God in school, so afraid are they that they have to look at their sins on a daily basis.
Oh, yeah, Sam I am!
Gov. Plain, when questioned at an Eagle Forum said about sex ed...
“Will you support funding for abstinence-until-marriage education instead of for explicit sex-education programs, school-based clinics, and the distribution of contraceptives in schools?
SP: Yes, the explicit sex-ed programs will not find my support!”
THIS is the type of leadership we need in this Country again. This is only one, of many, reasons why I support her and will vote for McCain/Palin.

It is the collectivist impulse of the left that drives the state to arrogate more and more rights over children, at the expense of parental rights. The left must be defeated in order to defeat the growing uber-state.

It should be a requirement that kids be taught Newton’s Third Law from birth, and reinforced every month! LOL

My kid’s in grad school, and he’s had a facebook for years. I got a facebook a few months ago to help connect with people who were planning our college reunion.
Anyhoo, the other day I had a friend request and it was from my son...turns out he invited his aunts as well. I was surprised, but I guess that means he’s finally reached the stage where having your parent as your friend is okay.

It should be a requirement that kids be taught Newtons Third Law from birth, and reinforced every month! LOL I would prefer they learn the 5th commandment:
Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you.

That goes without saying, in my book.
But, once they learn Newtons’ Third, they will voluntarily learn ALL the Commandments and live by them! LOL

A society that doesnt want God in school, so afraid are they that they have to look at their sins on a daily basis.
Also because there are parents who are afraid their kids will see their sins in school on a daily basis. That includes parents who nevered married or after a divorce thinks it's perfectly fine to bring in a shack up to live with their kids. Some try to claim saying they are "going" to get married and somehow null an voids what they are teaching their kids. And then wonder why the kids don't have respect for them. Worse of all they call themselves Conservatives.
