That’s down by the Civic Center Park, off Colfax and Broadway/Lincoln. They are a good 10 blocks away from the Pepsi Center. The building they look to be blocking the doors of is actually a city building (just full of boring bureaucratic offices, closed at this time of night),

IF Mary Jo would have seen the light, she’d be the only one of the original Boiler Room Girls to have achieved enlightenment .. the survivors are all still commited libs to this day. People who are thick with the pols are not inclined to switch like ‘normal’ people do .. they are too invested.

My wife, then 10 years old, was an eyewitness to the ‘68 Chicago riots (her mom was a delegate). She remembers them barricading themselves in her parents’ room as cops fought the commie rioters just a block away. Her folks, old-line Rayburn/Truman style Dems, also broke out their guns.
Oh. This, I know would not be a good thing.
