O.K., I get the part about this Rat being completely nutzoid, but did she fire her entire staff or were they taken away from her and sent home by her leadership as punishment for her behavior. The story is not clear.

Migden’s a special case. She’s a crazy lush whose history is replete with erratic and downright dangerous behavior — particularly behind the wheel. My guess is the staff was removed because HR and Security really did think she’d go Neanderthal on them.
