In April Obama had 61% of the Jewish vote versus 32% for McCain.

In June Obama had 57% of the Jewish vote versus 35% for McCain.

If the Democrat candidate can be trusted, the Democrat Presidential candidate typically gets 80% of the Jewish vote.

The last time the Jewish vote did not trust the Democrat Candidate was Jimmy Carter in 1980. And Jimmy Carter has held a grudge ever since.

Obama is in trouble. He is looking more and more like Jimmy Carter every day.

I don’t understand how he is still getting 57%. This guy is a closet Palestinian fan.

Jewish democrats, one of those mysteries for the ages. Given the chance, US Jews would vote the Jewish race into oblivion and at every election cycle they prove it anew.

American Jews, as a voting bloc, only make up 2% of the total.

Someone tell me why 57% of the American Jewish vote would prefer the the candidate supported by Hamas.

Well, there's the Muslim/terrorist cell group.

It is about damn time the Jewish voter woke up to the fact that Democrats are not good for the USA or the state of Israel.

Look at the speakers for the DNC bund party in Denver - Jimmy Carter and Jesse Jackson. Jeezaloo! All you need to round out this game of pinochle are Wright and Farrakhan.

Because Franklin D. Roosevelt was a Democrat. BTW: The only reason FDR became a Democrat was to compete with his cousin, Theodore Roosevelt.

These 2% are however politically active, important as donors and can swing states.

I said it already months ago. Obama will barely get 60% of their votes. This is a tectonic shift. Looks like he'll be lucky to get even half.

Because a lot of Jews don't give a rip about Israel. They're only Jewish by birth. They want to be Jewish for the social clubs and a few other reasons but that's about it.

Yes, there is such a group. Blacks still support him in numbers over 90%. Other than that, though, he's on the downswing everywhere.

“I don’t understand how he is still getting 57%. This guy is a closet Palestinian fan.”

My experience with Jews is that they have almost perfected the art of functional self-loathing. This is the only explaination for a group supporting a man who is at best, a muslim sympathizer, at worst, a closet muslim.

muslims hate Jews and blame Jews for all of the ills of the world. Obama supports muslims. Jews support Obama.

Paging Salvador Dali.

The American Jewish community is quite liberal on social issues like abortion and homosexuality. So the Democrat platforms are ok with them.

It is when Israel is maligned that the liberal Jews say enough is enough. Most Democrats (Clinton, Kerry) understand that to get the Jewish vote, they need to be strong supporters of Israel.

Jimmy Carter did not understand the Jewish feelings towards Israel and he lost the Jewish vote and Jimmy has been on a vendetta against Israel ever since.

Obama is cut from the same Jimmy Carter cloth.

What the heck is with Jewish voters in the US? The folks in this country who have Israel’s six are mostly Republicans. The folks in this country who get worked up about anti-semitic violence in Europe are mostly Republicans. The folks who would gladly hand over Israel piecemeal to the Arabs like a series of doggy treats are mostly Democrats.

What the heck is going on here?

Can any of our Jewish Freepers clue me in here?

Because Franklin D. Roosevelt was a Democrat.

Yet before and during the Holocaust, he sold the Jewish people down the river.
