Search Underway for Plane Carrying Texas Family of 4

Thanks! As one who has never, ever had to worry about flying in any sort of winter conditions I’m pretty ignorant of such details. I have seen some limited icing conditions as a result of thunderstorms, but I stay so far away from those it doesn’t really count.

Calm down. The pilot had plenty of experience. He was even aerobatics pilot. It premature to put the blame on anyone. At 12,000 feet oxygen could be a factor.

Texas family of four flying out of Steamboat for home went missing Friday, August 15, 2008, and a search is on across four states. Family friends identify those on board as Tommy Jacomini, an energy executive from Houston, Texas, his wife Susie and their children, Thomas, 8, and Vivi, 6. The family was flying home to their ranch in Brenham, Texas from a vacation in Steamboat Springs.
