I do not understand why the oil companies haven’t countered the windfall profits issue!

Here’s the 2007 ExxonMobil profit breakdown for 2007

So here’s a US company that earned 18% of its income in the US, and Pee-lousy wants to attack all of its earnings, US and world??

What a stupid move. Exxon could move it’s headquarters to say, France, and lift its middle finger to Pee-lousy and all the other stupid idiots in Washington!
