Sounds like Mrs. Edwards has been down this road before with the Silky Pony, and she can pick a skank out from a crowd fairly easy.

the woman described Edwards as an old soul who had barely tapped into his potential, but had the power to be a "transformational leader" on par with Mahatmas Gandhi and Martin Luther King.

"He has the power to change the world," he quoted her as saying.

Oh geez.

Women.

Ms. Hunter is quite possibly the most delusional human being currently inhabiting the planet earth.

I think you gotta call it a tie. After all, there's at least one guy who believed her.

I'll observe that the interview demonstrates that Rielle Hunter is obsessed with Edwards and considers him to be her cosmic soul-mate.

Therefore I find it extremely difficult to believe that Hunter's child is the child of a lesser being: her words are the words of a woman who would be overjoyed to have Edwards' baby.

Either that or a typical white urban Oregonian discussing Obama.

Isn’t Hunter reportedly living in a 4 million dollar place in Calif provided by one of Edward’s lawyer friends?
Wonder why they had to hang out at a hotel?

This woman is giving the public exactly what we expected. She bad-mouths the wife. (whoda thunk it?) And, she doesn't have two thoughts that make sense. She speaks in hippie psychotic-babble. How dumb men are when they fall for someone like her. Edwards is not only a scumbag, but a very stupid one at that.

Even more disgusting is that people around Edwards are (supposedly) supporting her in a lifestyle that she finds comfortable. And she will probably make a killing on money from tabloids and a book!

No Bias what so-ever! /sarc

As much as I'm glad Foley is gone, ABC claimed Foley committed a crime yet there has been no indictment and that was the issue that cost the GOP the majority (culture of corruption) yet we learn the MSM had the real goods on Edwards.
The MSM isn't full of journalist and reporters, they're full of Democrat activist.

I hope his wife does something to salvage the lives of their innocent children.

There's nothing she can do. She knows she is dying, and she knows that the father will always be awarded permanent custody of the children after she is gone unless he does something unthinkable to all of the children. Otherwise, he will have custody. Even OJ got custody of his children after the civil suit found him liable for their mother's murder — another gift of the 9th Circuit to politically correct liberal fascism....

There are no words to describe how low Edwards' betrayal must feel to his wife. Elizabeth must wake up every day dreading that her children will have that cheap tart as their stepmom, and that this will be her dying thought.

Truly, I pity Elizabeth Edwards. Why didn't John Edwards just take a knife and stab her in the heart?

Can you imagine what he might have done to the country if he did that to his dying wife-a woman who he vjowed to love and honor until death do they part?!!! What a guy! I always thought he was extremely creepy. I love him blaming his cheating on running for office! I almost expected him to say “the devil made me do it”!!!

Wonder why they had to hang out at a hotel?

Neutral ground where her presence would normally go unnoticed and his presence would be considered part of his usual jetsetting "business."

Another aspect of the scandal: Rielle Hunter is crazy. John Edwards got involved with a woman who is obviously nuts, which tells us something about his judgment.

I am with you on all that. If it were me, I’d leave every cent I could to my kids in a trust that John and his new “love” couldn’t touch.
He will get his ‘reward,’ someday!

Looks like we dodged three bullets: Gore, Kerry and Edwards.

WOW! This broad is a real psycho! - More of the story here:

When I next saw Rielle weeks later, she told me that she'd been fired by the Edwards campaign. She seemed perfectly cheerful about it, but she proceeded to tell me a tale of woe—how the campaign hadn't understood her, how they'd ruined the Webisodes, how they'd impeded her vision and how Edwards himself had failed to defend her. The chief villain in this saga was Elizabeth Edwards. "Someday," Rielle said, "the truth about her is going to come out.

....snip....

At lunch at the Soho House in late spring of '07, Rielle told me that she and novelist Jay McInerney were working on a "genius" idea for a television show about women who help men get out of failing marriages by having affairs with them. She said they wanted to pitch this idea to Darren Star, creator of "Melrose Place" and "Sex and the City." At lunch early that summer, I asked Rielle if she was dating anyone. She answered simply, "I'm in love." I asked, "Who with?" "I can't tell you," she said, "but maybe someday we'll all be friends."

Time for the Dem playbook. Destroy the “other woman” to put down a bimbo eruption. It is all her fault. And the bigger the price she pays, the less other women will come forth and tell the truth.
