There are PLENTY of Chinese named Muslims, in and out of China. Millions of them.
OK.
Has Helen Thomas chimed in yet with “blame it on the Jews”?
The VICTIM was the aboriginal.
My mistake. There are Muslim tribes and countries within China, but evidently there are also Muslims with Chinese names living in what you might call China proper as well.
“The VICTIM was the aboriginal.”
Did you bother to read Tim McLean’s profile in the link I provided?
Apparently not.
“Orientation: Straight
Hometown: Winnipeg
Body type: 5’ 6” / Athletic
Ethnicity: White / Caucasian”
He surely didn’t consider himself “aboriginal” or “Canadian” Native American.
And “Native American” is selectable on MySpace as an ethnicity.
Once again:

“Books YES I READ!..........samurai executioner 1-10 loves those books..”
Ouch! How prophetic.

The story has not been followed up re the Muslim connection. This would be consistent with the Canadian press playing politically correct. Read from this blog regarding the CBC purportedly reporting very early on that the guy is a Muslim and his motive was the Koran then the deletion:

I would conclude, like this blogger, that it’s possible but not provable or knowable at this point.
Does this fellow have any neighbors? I haven’t noticed any of the usual comments you see in newspapers when some terrible crime like this is committed. “He was such a quiet guy.” “He was a good neighbor.” “I can’t believe that he did it.” “My little boy would never harm a fly.” And so on.
Do they have some reason for not going after this kind of story? Not even stories saying that he was a hermit and never spoke to anyone?
The mainstream press (for all it’s worth) has been slow as usual. We didn’t know the identity of either the victim or the perp until the blogs and internet then the mainstream press started reporting. Heck the victim’s father hadn’t even had confirmation of his son’s death many hours after the killing as even the RCMP wouldn’t help him confirm. The examination of the killer’s life has been putrid at best.
I’m confused. The title made it sound like the story was being exxagerated??
