It’s just jaw-dropping amazing to me that a candidate for the presidency of the UNITED STATES doesn’t have to present a birth certificate in the first place.

Our state department has a method or procedure by which someone that has lost their US citizenship prior to their eighteenth birthday can reaffirm it within six month after they turn eighteen, that’s our law and in the case of Indonesia which does not allow dual citizenship, Barry Soetoro or Barack Obama would have lost his US citizenship because his adopted father made him an Indonesian citizen.
All he had to do was reaffirm his US citizenship at eighteen or he lost it by law.

I can't imagine that having a motion accepted by the chair would be enough to reject the verdict of the Electoral College. Motions have to be voted on. Otherwise each Senator, Congressman, and the Vice President would have a personal veto over the Electoral College.
If so then we've probably had our last popularly elected president. There will be at least one curmudgeon in every future Congress to do the deed.

The only requirements for the Presidency are in Article II of the Constitution:
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.
1. "natural born citizen". BHO is in possession of a birth certificate from the State of Hawaii. He has used that certificate to obtain a US Passport and drivers licenses in two states (Hawaii and Illinois) and possibly in two more (California and New York). He has also registered to vote in at least one state (Illinois). Unless someone can produce positive proof that he did not have US Citizenship at birth, or that he positively acted to renounce his US Citizenship, he is a natural born citizen. So far I have only seen supposition and allegations that he is not, neither of which will stand up in a court of law, or even the court of public opinion. So, as of now, he meets requirement number one.
2. "have attained to the age of thirty five years". There is plenty of evidence that BHO was alive prior to December* of 1973, so he meets requirement number two.
3. "fourteen Years a resident within the United States" BHO has documentary proof of schooling and working in the United States prior to December of 1994, so he meets requirement number three.
There is nothing in Article II about dual citizenship, so having a second citizenship does not disqualify someone from the Presidency. Indeed a case could be made that the first nine Presidents, whom were all born prior to the Treaty of Paris in 1784, (when Great Britain acknowledged US independence) were, under British Law, British Citizens, and under US Law, US Citizens and hence were all dual citizens.
If we are going to beat Obama it will have to be in the election. Conspiracy Theories and fanciful reinterpretations of US Citizenship and Nationality law will not cut it.
*The Electors vote in December, not November. Constitutionally, those are the only votes that count, so that is the date he must meet the requirements by.
