Once the Democrats are in power there won’t be anymore homeless anyway.

It’s begun. They’re eating their own. Next comes the rubber bullets, water cannons, and finally the live rounds.

That’s ridiculous. They will use tear gas and tazer well before live rounds.

some homeless advocates say that a city program makes the homeless feel particularly unwelcome in public parks Who actually wants a bunch of bums laying around a park, pooping in the bushes, and trashing the place.

Of course they won’t sweep the homeless off the streets.
A Republican is in the White House and they need the poor, unfortunate, neglected homeless to show the heartlessness of Republican leadership.
When Barak Hussein Obama is in the White House, homeless statistics won’t only drop, but you won’t see them mentioned in the MSM.
Ever.

Why taxpayers don’t use public parks anymore: bums all over the place going to the bathroom in public. Lovely.

The homeless love the Democrats!
Apparently, whenever a Democrat is elected, the homeless get whisked off to some sort of magical playground, where they are well-fed, well-cared for and hidden completely from our mainstream media.
When a Republican is inaugerated, they are kicked out of this wonderous magical place, dumped back on the streets and find themselves on the front page of the NY Times three times a week for the duration of the administration.

"There were groups that would drive down the street and throw out sandwiches to groups in a park. How humane is that?" Sounds like a pretty effective way to deliver food to starving people.
I guess liberal idiots like this one think it's more humane to have people go hungry than to try and have as much of the available funds go to feeding people as possible.
Moving the food distribution inside costs money, lots of money. Would you rather eat outside and eat every day, or be able to come inside for a meal, but only eat every other day?
Which is more humane?

Maybe a Freeper action could help. Burgers for Bums?
To: SJSAMPLE
lets see I don’t recall any mention of homeless under the clinton regime either. Bush has a much better economy.
To: El Sordo
Back when George Bush 41 was in office, the libs cried about the amount of homeless people in the country. The DAY of Clintoon getting into office, there was no more more about homelessness. When George Bush 43 got into office, all of a sudden, homelessness was again a problem. This proves only one thing, the libs (democRATS) bury problems when it's their turn to resolve them. As soon as Barry Obama bin Laden gets into office, if he does, there will again be no more words about homeless people. Not only that, don't forget Barry also said as soon as he gets into office there will be no more global warming, no one will hate us in the world, and terrorism will just simply disappear.

When I was working in the restaurant business, I would take the leftover food that would be trashed, make a bunch of box meals (I paid for the boxes out of my pocket) and drop them off to the homeless under a bridge at 2am.
I never got out of the vehicle and had my carry weapon handy. Always good to be cautious when feeding animals.
