Horrible. This kind of depravity is a refutation of all the slovenly moral relativism of “multi-culturalism” — there are some actions that are absolutely immoral and any “culture” or “religion” that does not recognize this is depraved.
This so-called “father” thought he was upholding the honor of his family — any culture or religion worthy of respect should insist that murdering your own daughter is a permanent disgrace to your family’s honor, not to mention an objectively immoral action worthy of the death penalty.
One wonders how some of these people got into the country. He runs a pizza parlor. Is there a critical shortage of pizza parlor operators that we have to import them?

Our government would be doing these folks a big favor if it began arranging for their safe return to their homelands. The next Saudi-financed wake-up-call could result in lots of mayhem in the streets of America. Why? Because we aren't France or England, that's why.

These types of things must not be permitted in the U.S. This is not Pakistan. We have our own laws here. Those that won’t follow those laws should find another place to live.
