Massholes. A unique breed.

Good thing the perp was raised in “tolerant” Massachussets. It could have been much worse.

The judge should make these pukes clean the Visitor’s locker room at Fenway for the next Yankees series. And then get Jason Giambi to bash each one of them on the head with his bat, just for good measure.

this creep will be arraigned?
he should be euthanized.

I don't see what his problem was ... the Cape was taken over by New Yorkers long ago. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting one of them.
That said, what the driver needed to do was then say "Perhaps you didn't hear what I said [sound of a model 1911 .45 slide being racked], there are children in the car, now leave."

Seriously...what the hell is in the water up there???Beats me. But there's something. I was born and raised there; finally escaped for good 17 years ago.

Maybe not after heller. I think a strong case could be made using those circumstances.

Like there have not been any instances of Sox fans being jacked by Yankee fans? Do a You Tube search and you will find a clip of a 12 year old boy being intimidated and called all sorts of names by classy adult Yankee fans.
with respect to your suggestion about Giambi, looks like the greasebag is back on the illegal PEDs based on his season. He might actually be able to do some real damage.

Heller addresses ownership. Concealed carry is a whole ‘nother thing. Even Scalia said that local governments could regulate to “some degree.”

So, I guess you approve of the Mass guy intimidating the NY family at the fireworks display?
I'd say the same thing if the sites were reversed and would offer Manny Ramirez to do the batting. Hell, Mannie would PAY to hit a NY fan in the noggin'.

There's always an an open spot for this jerk under the new Yankee Stadium where a Red Sox Jersey was buried.

Really? Manny won’t even pay for a couple extra tickets to get some friends into a game. He’d rather attack a Red Sox employee than pay.

Regulate to “some degree” yes, but here is a situation that clearly called for self defense. All I’m saying is that Mass. law could be challenged since Heller found that the restrictions imposed by DC were too severe. Other states do not consider having a firearm in the vehicle “concealed carry.” It will take test cases to move the ball and this situation had potential to be such a case. It is a shame that the Mass legislature accomplished what the British failed to do in 1775.

The LE system and justice system in boston reserve that kind of treatment for law abiding, responsible citizens that want to defend themselves. The thugs are free to roam.
