Either you believe in the Constitution or you don’t. Your argument to me seems to be the same as that the left side of the court uses. I don’t think that I ever said that anyone had the right to deny anyone’s rights. This is the same as arguing that it’s for the children.
I believe in human rights. Please tell me what part of the constitution allows states to violate those and I'll have a dollars worth.
If your state voted to not let you go outside in the evening, I guess that's okay with you because it's not delineated in the constitution.
“If your state voted to not let you go outside in the evening, I guess that’s okay with you because it’s not delineated in the constitution.”
Being in CA I guess you would know you probably have such a law. How can you live in CA which violates almost every part of the Constitution?
You obviously hate the South and I don’t really care for Californication so I guess we should just leave it alone.
I assume your are obviously a big government RINO who like the changes in property rights.
Your opinion of me is as inaccurate as your interpretation of states “rights” and powers.
I think you read a lot into my states rights opinion that wasn’t there. So I guess we’ll both go on with inaccurate opinions.
