Either you believe in the Constitution or you don’t. Your argument to me seems to be the same as that the left side of the court uses. I don’t think that I ever said that anyone had the right to deny anyone’s rights. This is the same as arguing that it’s for the children.

No it's calling what siome states did what it actually was.

I believe in human rights. Please tell me what part of the constitution allows states to violate those and I'll have a dollars worth.

If your state voted to not let you go outside in the evening, I guess that's okay with you because it's not delineated in the constitution.

Being in CA I guess you would know you probably have such a law. How can you live in CA which violates almost every part of the Constitution?

You obviously hate the South and I don’t really care for Californication so I guess we should just leave it alone.

I assume your are obviously a big government RINO who like the changes in property rights.

I think you read a lot into my states rights opinion that wasn’t there. So I guess we’ll both go on with inaccurate opinions.
