His old man was the same way. I used to live on Lowe Avenue and day in and day out, there was a dick car in the front of the house and in the alley.

When he died, they cut one car but Sis still had protection with a car in front.

That post was of a calm Richie. Mad Richie starts spitting on reporters and gets beet red. It's always an entertaining spectacle. You could charge tickets to watch him and clean up at the box office.

They sent out a trial balloon for brother Billy as governor a few days ago. The ward heelers will make this happen but Emil Jones will have to be greased (no problem) but Madigan will have to meet with an “accident.” He's a little Napoleon who can't be bought like Jones. Now if the party offer daughter Lisa a senate seat, Madigan might play along.
