Thisisn’t a civil case. It’s a criminal case. THe victims itnentions are utterly meaningless; if he broke the law, he has to pay the price.

He raises a good point. Technically neither Ron Goldman nor Nicole Brown said they wanted him to go to jail.

I'm guessing it would depend on any and type of felony conviction(s) OJ might have.

Beyond that, I'll further guess that they'd let him in for a while if he claims to be a "refugee".
