Thanks for your comments. I think seriously that people might start getting sick of Obama. He’s been running for president for like a year and a half already. Too bad we don’t have a better alternative on our side.

I don’t think that’s the issue. The real problem is the language, “for the purpose of conveying, or in a manner reasonably calculated to convey, a false impression of sponsorship or approval by the Government of the United States”
It wasn’t done for that purpose. Nonetheless, it was done to mislead people and get them to accept him as president using the seal.
Using a liberal judge’s approach to statutory intrepretation (reading it broadly and focusing on its purpose ignoring the specifics of its text), he’s guilty.

That caught my eye. I knew someone who used copies of the edges, about a half inch, of a twenty dollar bill for a promotion. He thought that using parts wouldn’t be a problem. Someone told him otherwise, it was unclear if it was an official or someone in the group, but he shredded them lickety split and didn’t want to talk about it again.
Of course the media and his disciples will be all gaga over it.

I am glad this is coming out - Obama has had his own brand of a Presidential Seal right on his web site. No one has noticed. That Obama rendition Does say ...”E Pluribus Unum” on it (or Z ). I wrote about it over 3 months ago. The one on his site carries an African Spear rather than 13 arrows...go figure
