workers faced with additional costs for gasoline or the purchase of a car are giving up on day-labor jobs and going back to their home countries Yay! The high prices might be worth it, if all the illegal aliens will leave.

Getting rid of the energy demands of 20 to 30 million people couldn’t hurt either.

What happened to their burros? The burros formed a union and demanded a corn based diet, and as we know that's unsustainable these days. Times are hard all over.

Sit tight. Before long, some pol will make a speech decrying this unfairness to those who just want a better life for themselves and their families. Taxes to pay for gas vouchers for illegals, coming to a sanctuary city near you!

workers
The journalist (?) that penned this article used the word “workers” a whole bunch of times. A worker is someone doing a job. If they are simply hanging around in a private or tax payers parking lot then these INSURGENTS are loitering. There, two broken laws in a single sentence.
